We cannot refund any wax melts that have been used, or opened. If your purchase has arrived damaged, please include a photo in your email but please be aware that wax melts are made to be broken and it will not effect the use and smell.
Returns must be made with original packaging and packaging must not be opened or damaged. Also note that wax has a tendency to melt if left out in hot weather/environments.
We are unable to offer free returns due to being a small business family run business. We always do our very best to resolve any issues brought to our attention.
